Shipping policy

At FlowVita, all orders are carefully processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after confirmation. We take great care to ensure your product is packed securely and dispatched promptly.

Our products are made to order. No inventory. No dusty springs. They are made specifically to our specifications by hand and as such, do incur a slower than normal shipping time. 

Once shipped, delivery typically takes approximately 21 days depending on your location and courier service. Tracking details will be shared once your order is dispatched. While delays are rare, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally affect delivery timelines.
