For years, we attended studio pilates classes. We loved them, don't get us wrong. But somewhere along the line, we came to realise the time we were losing travelling to classes. The frustration of waitlists and a no-guarantee of a workout that was already hard enough to factor in to our busy schedules. Not to mention the thousands of dollars we were spending every year on classes that didn't target the body parts we wanted. Then, it clicked.
